Jeff Teague finished with 22 points and 13 assists as the Atlanta Hawks sweep the season series from the Memphis Grizzlies with a 103-92 win.

The Atlanta Hawks snapped a two game losing streak with a much needed 103-92 win over the Memphis Grizzlies. Jeff Teague led the way with 22 points and 13 assists as the Hawks jumped out to an early lead and never looked back.

Teague and Josh Smith got the Hawks off to a good start as they jumped out of the gate and led 26-22 after one. The Hawks kept the pressure on in the second pushing the pace and attacking the Grizzlies off the dribble. Penetration forced Memphis' defense to collapse and Atlanta made them pay from long range with some timely three point buckets.

At one point in the second quarter, Larry Drew used a lineup that featured both John Jenkins and Kyle Korver on the court at the same time. The result was a stretched Grizzlies defense and driving lanes for the likes of Teague and Devin Harris who returned to action from a foot injury.

The Hawks put the game away in the third quarter as they began the second half with an 11-0 run to extend the lead to 69-48. Atlanta pushed the lead out to as many as 23 points in the second half before Memphis closed the gap somewhat in the fourth.

Teague went 7-10 from the floor and made all six of his free throw attempts. Atlanta hit more than 60 percent of their shot attempts in the first half and shot 51 percent for the game. Josh Smith had an all around great night finishing with 19 points, 11 rebounds and six assists. Al Horford battled foul trouble early but notched another double-double with 17 points and 11 boards. Kyle Korver finished with 12 and tied Mookie Blaylock's franchise record for consecutive games with a made three at 42.

Zach Randolph led the Grizzlies with 20 points while Mike Conley added 17 and eight assists. Jerryd Bayless kicked in 15 off the bench while Marc Gasol finished with 14 points and 10 rebounds.

With the win, the Hawks sweep the season series between the two teams and win for the 11th time in the last 13 meetings. Atlanta is off on Thursday and will be back in action Friday night when they host Anthony Davis and the New Orleans Hornets.

The Hawks will switch up their starting lineup once again after a disappointing loss last night in Indiana as they host the Memphis Grizzlies.

The Hawks will start Jeff Teague, Kyle Korver, Anthony Tolliver (!), Josh Smith, and Al Horford. Larry Drew said he wanted Tolliver's length against the lanky Tayshaun Prince, and with Zaza Pachulia still out with his sore Achilles', the Hawks options for going big at the three are limited.

DeShawn Stevenson will be out as well which seriously cuts down on Drew's options at small forward. Devin Harris (foot) will be available for the Hawks and could be important to keeping the Hawks playing up-tempo against the grind-it-out style of the Grizzlies.

Atlanta will have to find a way to turn the Grizzlies over and get out on the break if they are to get a win over a Memphis team that is extremely deep in the frontcourt. The Hawks will also have to find a way to limit Memphis' offensive rebounds to hold them to one shot, something that they have struggled with in recent games.

Hawks injury report: Devin Harris (ankle) and Zaza Pachulia (Achilles) are questionable for Wednesday's game. Neither player made the trip to Indiana on Tuesday and instead remained behind for treatment. Lou Williams is out for the season with a torn ACL.

Update: Larry Drew said during his pregame that Devin Harris would be available to play against the Grizzlies but Zaza Pachulia was out. Additionally DeShawn Stevenson will not play because of the back-to-back and will be replaced in the starting lineup by Anthony Tolliver

Grizzlies injury report: Quincy Pondexter is out with a knee injury

Hawks player to watch: Jeff Teague finished with 24 points and eight assists in Tuesday's loss to the Pacers. The Hawks need him once again to be the catalyst at both ends of the floor in his matchup against Mike Conley and Jerryd Bayless.

Grizzlies player to watch: Jerryd Bayless has started three of the last four games for Memphis and is averaging 21.0 points per game over his last seven. He had 29 points on 11-15 shooting in Tuesday's loss to the Suns.

The Atlanta Hawks look to get back on track Wednesday night when they finish off a back-to-back set against the new-look Memphis Grizzlies.

The Atlanta Hawks will try to snap out of their recent funk as they finish off a back-to-back set with a home matchup against the Memphis Grizzlies Wednesday night at Philips Arena. The Hawks have lost two straight to two of the top teams in the East in Chicago and Indiana.

Atlanta has had good success against Memphis of late winning 10 of the last 12 matchups. The Hawks defeated Grizzlies earlier this season 93-83 in Memphis.

Like Atlanta, the Grizzlies have struggled of late and in the aftermath of the Rudy Gay trade. Both teams have been looking for consistency and have had a hard time dealing with turnovers of late. Memphis dropped a 96-90 decision in Phoenix Tuesday thanks to seven fourth quarter turnovers.

Atlanta can't seem to get healthy as they often get one player back only to see another go down. The Hawks were without Zaza Pachulia and Devin Harris for the last two games with Achilles and ankle injuries. Their status for Wednesday's game likely won't be determined until closer to tip off.

The matchup to watch in this game could be between Atlanta's Josh Smith and Memphis' Zach Randolph. Smith scored just nine points in Tuesday's loss to the Pacers while committing four turnovers. He led the Hawks in the previous meeting with 23 points. Randolph has been a thorn in the side of the Hawks in recent trips to Atlanta but has been struggling of late averaging just 8.6 points on 31 percent shooting in his last five road games. For the Hawks to win, they need to come out on the right side of this matchup.
