Jason Getz-USA TODAY Sports

As you know, we are doing a season long daily fantasy basketball series, sponsored by our friends over at FanDuel. As you watch me go broke over there, you may wonder how the Hawks roster is valued in the daily game.

So over the course of the season, we're going to look at the rise and fall of player values as it relates to the daily fantasy basketball game.

First, let's do a refresher on how the scoring works in this game, so that the dollar values reflected makes sense.

Scoring Categories
Point = 1pt, Rebound = 1.2pts, Assist = 1.5pts, Block = 2pts, Steal = 2pts, Turnover = -1pt

Now, let's list the players out with their fantasy points per game, their salary and the difference from the last time we checked on their status on 11/5.

Pos Name FPPG Salary Difference

Paul Millsap
35.9 $8,600 300

7.8 $3,500 0
PG
Shelvin Mack
8.5 $3,500 -100

Big time raises for Korver, who was a lineup staple for the first half of November and Sefolosha, who got more minutes with DeMarre being out. Horford keeps moving up, though he hasn't been near what he was previous to his injury and Millsap has continued to rise as well as he produces in the lead role since Horford is slowly getting back into the swing of things.

Teague, who lit it up for a while, has dropped back down to 7K, which can still be a value (value defined as approx half their salary ex: value for 7K would be 35FP) as he has the ball in his hands every time down the court when he's in the game.
