The Atlanta Dream look to shake off a two-game losing streak Friday night when they take on the Chicago Sky at Georgia Tech's McCamish Pavilion. Atlanta equaled their longest losing streak of the season on Tuesday with a 112-108 double overtime loss to the Minnesota Lynx. Chicago snapped a six-game slide on Tuesday with a 60-57 win over the Indiana Fever.

The Dream are still without head coach Michael Cooper who underwent a successful surgical procedure for Tongue Cancer on Thursday in Atlanta. A full recovery is expected but there currently is no timetable for his return to the sideline.

The Dream stormed back from a 14 point fourth quarter deficit to force overtime on Tuesday but couldn't overcome a 48 point outburst by Minnesota's Maya Moore. Atlanta has taken two of the three meetings in the season series with the Sky including an 81-79 win earlier this month.

Chicago has battled injuries all season and is expected to be without starters Courtney Vandersloot and Elena Delle Donne on Friday. Vandersloot will miss several more weeks with a knee injury but Delle Donne, who has been out since June 25 while battling Lyme disease, could be back on July 31 against New York.

In the previous meeting between the two clubs, the Dream got a big effort from forward Angel McCoughtry who equaled a season-high with 33 points. Chicago's Sylvia Fowles has logged a double-double in six straight games and finished with 21 points and 10 rebounds in Tuesday's win over the Fever.
