The Atlanta Hawks picked up a win in Game 1 of the team’s first round playoff series against the New York Knicks on Sunday, prevailing by a two-point margin. Hawks star Trae Young converted the game-winner with less than a second to play, giving Atlanta the two-point lead they would not relinquish.
As you may expect, there was a lot happening on the final possession, and it’s time to break it all down.
Have a look with the sound up.
The Hawks will look to keep rolling in Game 2 Wednesday evening, and Young will obviously need to be a big part of that. It will be interesting to see how New York adjusts to the star guard.
