The Atlanta Hawks have announced their initial roster ahead of the 2021-22 season, the team announced Monday afternoon in a release. Here’s a look at the roster:

Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot makes the final cut, winning the final open spot in camp over Jahlil Okafor and others.

The Hawks open the regular season Thursday night vs. the Dallas Mavericks from Atlanta. Atlanta will look to pick up where they left off in the regular season last year, when they were one of the best teams in the NBA from Mar. 1 to the end of the regular season. Their regular season run was obviously then followed by lengthy postseason run that resulted in a trip to the Eastern Conference Finals.
