The Atlanta Hawks began their pre-draft workout series on Monday with a group headlined by Georgia Tech guard Josh Okogie. Just 48 hours later, the Hawks will welcome another interesting batch of prospects to the Emory Sports Medicine Complex, including former McDonald’s All-American Brian Bowen.

Bowen will be joined by Auburn guard Bryce Brown, Purdue guard Nojel Eastern, Maryland big man Bruno Fernando, Florida guard Jalen Hudson and Utah Valley big man Akolda Manyang. While he did not take the floor at Louisville before transferring to South Carolina (on the heels of high-profile eligibility concerns), Bowen is an interesting wing prospect with considerable talent.

Elsewhere, Hudson is perhaps the most established prospect on the list (recently profiled in this space) and he is an interesting offensive prospect, particularly in the area of individual shot creation. Beyond that, Fernando is a tantalizing prospect after a Big Ten All-Freshman Team selection a season ago.

Stay tuned.
