The Miami Heat scored the final 11 points of the game on Tuesday evening and, as a result, managed to escape with a close-fought win over the Atlanta Hawks. On Wednesday, the same two teams will get together once more and, this time, the scene shifts to Philips Arena for Atlanta’s penultimate home game of the season.
While the Hawks haven’t exactly been dominant within the friendly confines of home, the team has been much more dangerous in its own backyard and that sets the stage for this game. Miami still enters as solid favorites but, given the way Tuesday’s game went, there is every reason to believe the Hawks can be competitive in this game, especially if Dewayne Dedmon can play and Taurean Prince returns to full-fledged action.
Stay tuned throughout the day for all the latest, including on Twitter account (@peachtreehoops) with an eye on the injury report and everything newsworthy for the Atlanta Hawks. With only two home games remaining, every little bit counts and we’ll try to make the most of it.
