Update: The Hawks announced on Sunday that DeAndre’ Bembry (left groin strain) is out for Monday’s game against the Jazz.

The Atlanta Hawks have recalled DeAndre’ Bembry, Tyler Cavanaugh and Isaiah Taylor from their recent G League stint with the Atlanta Hawks’ affiliate Erie Bayhawks, with Josh Magette returning to Erie.

The move comes as no surprise as Hawks head coach Mike Budenholzer eluded that the three would only spend the weekend in Erie in order to get some reps since Cavanaugh and Taylor have been out of the rotation of late and Bembry rehabbing from a groin injury:

Since landing with the Bayhawks, DeAndre’ Bembry scored eight points in 13 minutes against the Canton Charge but did not play on Saturday evening against the Delaware 87ers as he continues his rehab from a recent groin injury he suffered while on G League duty.

Tyler Cavanaugh scored 11 points and grabbed nine rebounds in 35 minutes against the Charge and had a monstrous 22 points and 18 rebounds against the 87ers.

Isaiah Taylor scored 22 points and dished six assists against the Charge and a whopping 29 points and 16 assists against the 87ers.

Magette, meanwhile, only saw garbage time against the Bulls in a blowout situation but managed to score eight points, including two three-pointers in four minutes.

Stay tuned.
