The Atlanta Hawks are set to participate in the 2017 NBA Summer League in Las Vegas and, on Thursday, the full schedule was released for the event. As in the past, the slate sets up with three firmly scheduled games over a five-day period and, from there, the league proceeds in tournament fashion.
Atlanta’s schedule begins with a game against the Brooklyn Nets on Friday, July 7 and the game will take place at 8:00 pm ET (5:00 pm PT). From there, the Hawks have a day off before taking on the New Orleans Pelicans on Sunday, July 9 at 4:00 pm ET (1:00 pm PT). Atlanta’s final pool play game will be on Monday, July 10 against the Chicago Bulls at 4:00 pm ET (1:00 pm PT).
In terms of roster, there will be plenty of speculation between now and then. Taurean Prince and DeAndre Bembry are expected to attend for the Hawks and they will likely be joined by 2017 NBA Draft picks. The full group will be finalized in July.
