Selection Sunday is this weekend, and to celebrate we are taking a look at this year’s March Madness kicks.

ADIDAS

Adidas recently came out with not only tournament shoes, but uniforms as well. Shoes for the tournament include the Dame 3, Harden Vol. 1, and the Crazy Explosive. Teams to wear these shoes include Mississippi State, Louisville, Kansas, Indiana, Texas A&M, Nebraska, Arizona State, Miami, and NC State. The Dame 3 will be worn by all of the teams except Arizona State and Kansas. Arizona State will be wearing the Harden Vol. 1. Kansas will be sporting the Crazy Explosive, due to this sneaker being most noticeably worn by Andrew Wiggins.

JORDAN

A variety of team-specific Air Jordan 31 lows have been released for this year’s tournament. Teams include California, Georgetown, Marquette, Michigan, and North Carolina. Each shoe’s heel has a reference to the team, and some have another reference under the treads.

NIKE

The only shoe Nike has released that may actually be worn in this year’s tournament is a Duke inspired colorway of the Kyrie 3. The entire Duke team first debuted this sneaker on February 28th, against Florida State. This isn’t the first time Nike has released a Duke themed Kyrie shoe, and this tradition will probably continue in the future.

However, if you’re not a Duke fan, NIKEiD has released options for your favorite team. Shoes to be customized are different heights of both the Air Force 1 and Nike Dunk. Teams available for customization include Alabama, Arizona, UCONN, Kentucky, Michigan State, Ohio State, Oregon, Syracuse, Tennessee, Texas, Villanova, West Virginia, and Duke (if you don’t like the Kyrie 3’s).
