Paul Millsap will return to the All-Star Game for a fourth straight appearance.
As the focal point of Atlanta’s offense and defense, Millsap has averaged 18 points and 8.1 rebounds so far this season. Even amid trade rumors over the past month, Millsap has continued to shine for the Hawks.
A week after the starters for the 2017 All-Star Game were announced, Ernie and friends announced the All-Star reserves on the TNT pre-game show.
The official All-Star rosters:
Eastern Conference Starters

Unlike the starters, reserves are voted on by only the NBA’s coaches.
The biggest name missing from the reserve list is Sixers center Joel Embiid. Embiid’s lack of selection can be tied to his limited play. The budding superstar has dominated games but sat out multiple games while being on a minute restriction.
NBA All-Star Weekend will be in New Orleans during the weekend of February 17-19, 2017.
