The Atlanta Dream are looking for a bounce back performance Tuesday night when they host Diana Taurasi and the Phoenix Mercury.

Atlanta suffered a disappointing 91-82 home loss to the Seattle Storm on Sunday. The Dream trailed by as many as 26 points before a furious fourth quarter rally skewed the final margin of victory. The loss dropped Atlanta to 14-14 on the season and into fifth place in the WNBA Standings.

The Dream’s spot in the playoffs still isn’t assured and with four of their final six games coming against teams currently in the playoff picture, they may have their work cut out for them.

The Mercury find themselves in a similar situation. Phoenix came into the season as one of the favorites but has struggled to a 13-16 mark. They have lost two straight including a 92-70 loss to the New York Liberty on Saturday.

The Mercury took the first meeting between the two clubs back on July 3 at Philips arena. Phoenix outscored Atlanta 30-17 in the fourth while Brittney Griner logged a triple-double with 27 points, 10 rebounds and 10 blocked shots. Tiffany Hayes led the Dream with 26 points and five assists in a losing effort. The two teams will meet again on Sunday in Phoenix.
