Kent Bazemore sounds off on LeBron James, Nike

The Under Armour-Nike feud went to another level over the weekend, and Kent Bazemore was the catalyst.

When ESPN's Ethan Sherwood Strauss put together the story of how Under Armour "stole" Stephen Curry right from under the nose of Nike, Atlanta Hawks swingman Kent Bazemore was a key player in the tale. Now, Bazemore has made it known that no one on the Nike side is safe from the vitriol of Under Armour's clients, and that includes LeBron James.

Bazemore is an affable character almost always, and that actually brings a bit of additional weight to these remarks. He is best known for the "Baze Gaze" and a seemingly endless energy level, but Bazemore is a staunch defender of the apparel brand that he represents, and it is clear that things on the court haven't been terribly docile between Bazemore and LeBron.

At this point, this is probably more tabloid fodder than anything else, but there will be a bit of additional scrutiny the next time Bazemore takes the floor against LeBron James and the Cavs.
