The Atlanta Hawks injury report for their game Monday night against the Bulls lists Hawks forward Thabo Sefolosha as questionable with right ankle stiffness. Sefolosha did not play in Saturday night's game against the Pistons.
This is typical of him during this season, as he has been sitting in the second game of back-to-backs. Sefolosha logged just over 24 and 25 minutes in the Hawks games against the Milwaukee Bucks and the Washington Wizards, respectively. His effort on the defensive end of the floor has been key for the Hawks in their recent stretch where they have won eight of their past nine games.
Per Chris Vivlamore of the AJC, Coach Mike Budenholzer expects Sefolosha to be fine, as he is getting his "normal work" done on his ankle. This isn't the worst game for Sefolosha to miss, considering the struggles the Bulls have had of late, although guarding Jimmy Butler might be a bigger task if he does indeed miss this game.
