Dwight Howard was drafted in 2004 to the Orlando Magic and started out as an Adidas athlete. In 2010, Adidas rolled out Howard’s first signature sneaker, dubbed the Beast Commander. His second sneaker was named the Superbeast. After that shoe, Adidas became lazy and called Dwight’s next 3 signatures Adipower Howard 1 through 3. In 2013 Adidas started to consistently name their brand’s signature shoes with a player’s first initial and last name.

Three teams and 12 years later, Dwight Howard joined the Atlanta Hawks. However, this is not the only big change for Dwight in recent history. In 2015 Howard signed a new sneaker deal with Peak, a Chinese athletic brand. Peak has four NBA athletes that include Tony Parker, George Hill, and Lou Williams. Today Dwight Howard is playing in the Peak DH2, and the DH1 is currently available for purchase and is priced at $100.
