Paul Millsap left Thursday's game against the Indiana Pacers with an ankle injury and will not return.
Millsap rolled his ankle in the second quarter. He left the game and went straight to the locker room to have the injury looked at. He was initially listed as probable to return but wasn't able to go after warming up in the second half. Tiago Splitter replaced Millsap in the team's starting lineup at the start of the third quarter.
#ATLHawks confirm Paul Millsap will not return to tonight's game with a sprained left ankle.

Obviously, the loss of Millsap is a big blow for the Hawks who trailed Indiana 51-44 at the half. His health going forward will be the primary concern. Atlanta won't play again until Sunday when they travel to Miami to face the Heat.
