Unveiling the Air Jordan XXX

The official launch of the Air Jordan XXX was today at noon.  This shoe will become available for purchase in February.  This sneaker is the 30th performance shoe in Michael's main line - and that alone is impressive.

Jordan's advertisements for the launch featured Russell Westbrook in outer space.  The actual shoes are blacked out in these promotions, but the marketing technique still makes the Jordan XXX feel out of this world.  Russell Westbrook currently wears the XX9 in games, but has his own casual-wear Jordan sneaker, the Westbrook 0.

The official image of this shoe is pictured below.  It features a globe on the tongue of the shoe, and the heel displays the three X's in a net-like formation.

Although the Jordan brand tried to keep these shoes a secret, photos of the Jordan XXX had been floating around (pictured below) previous to today's release.
