Kyle Korver talks about his improved health, getting back to work, and more

One of the most deadly shooters in the game updates us on his health, and what he does on the couch while he's hurt.

Coming into Atlanta Hawks media day, one of the stories was the health of sharpshooter Kyle Korver. Korver ended last season on a bad note, with an ankle injury in the Eastern Conference Finals to the Cleveland Cavaliers. His injury was just one of a few that plagued the Hawks late last season. The 12-year veteran speaks about his injury, recovery, and expectations for the Hawks this upcoming season.

Last year for Korver, far as shooting seasons go, you couldn't ask for much more than what he provided for the Hawks much of last season. In 75 games, Korver shot 49.2 percent from 3-point range, the third highest total of his career. Korver also shot 48.7 percent from the field, averaging 8 field goal attempts per contest.

Can we expect much of the same from Korver this year? We can only hope. Korver has definitely appeared to find his place since arriving in Atlanta, posting the best numbers of his career, as well as making his first All-Star appearance in his 12-year career.
