Atlanta Hawks training camp to begin September 29 at University of Georgia

The Atlanta Hawks have announced their annual media day event as well as the official start date for training camp. The Hawks will begin training camp for the third consecutive season at Coliseum Training Facility on the campus of the University of Georgia. The team will train in Athens from September 29 - October 1.

The Hawks have scheduled morning and evening sessions for the first two days of camp. They will wrap up their stay in Athens with an afternoon session on October 1.

Tuesday, September 29:

Morning Session - 10 a.m. to noon
Evening Session - 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Wednesday, September 30:

Morning Session - 10 a.m. to noon
Evening Session - 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Thursday, October 1:

Afternoon Session - 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The team will hold its annual media day event on September 28. Mike Budenholzer will open the event by speaking to the media at 12 p.m. followed by player availability.
