NBA free agency kicked off last night, and like many other players, Paul Millsap didn't waste time in meeting with potential suitors.
According to David Aldridge, Millsap met with the Orlando Magic last night, and will decide between them, and the Atlanta Hawks.

Along with Millsap, the Hawks also had DeMarre Carroll high on the to-do list of players to sign during the free agency period. But, with this Millsap contract, that could make things tough for Atlanta, according to Grantland's Zach Lowe:
Having to use cap room on a Millsap max deal puts Hawks in a tough spot w/ DeMarre. Cap going up to $69M helps, could trade M. Scott.

The 30-year-old Millsap averaged 16.7 points, 7.8 rebounds, and 3.1 assists per game. He had also been rumored to have drawn interest from the likes of the New York Knicks, as well as the Utah Jazz.
Update
According to ESPN.com's Chris Broussard, the Hawks have matched Orlando's offer to Millsap.
Millsap, an All-Star with the Atlanta the past two seasons, now will decide between the Magic and the Hawks, who have offered him the same contract, sources said.
