The news continues to be positive for the Atlanta Hawks in regards to the knee sprain suffered by DeMarre Carroll in Game 1. Carroll is listed as questionable for Friday's Game 2 but is in attendance at shootaround and is wearing a brace on his left knee.

The Hawks listed Carroll as questionable and an actual determination on his availability for Game 2 probably won't come until shortly before tip.
Cleveland is dealing with injury concerns of their own. The team announced this morning that point guard Kyrie Irving would skip Friday's Game 2 shootaround to have tests on his ailing left knee.

Irving has battled injuries throughout the postseason and saw limited minutes in Game 1. He is listed as questionable for Game 2.
