While some of the attention shifted to Thabo Sefolosha individually in the aftermath of his season-ending injury, there were two members of the Atlanta Hawks who were placed under arrest in New York earlier in the week. On Friday, Hawks center Pero Antic made a few comments concerning the incident, per Chris Vivlamore of the AJC.
Pero Antic: "We feel bad for the bad publicity that we brought to the Hawks organization, the Hawks family, not by our fault." #ATLHawks

Peron Antic: "For now, it’s a legal matter. I will say it’s a pure example of being in the wrong place at the wrong time." #ATLHawks

In addition to Antic's statement above, Vivlamore also indicates that the Macedonian center apologized to his teammates and added that "the video speaks for itself" with regard to what took place. The video referenced by Antic can be seen here, and as a result of the injury sustained by Sefolosha, there has been a great deal of attention paid to this particular piece of evidence.
There is no update on whether Pero Antic will play in Friday's game against the Hornets at this time, but given that he returned to the team for shootaround, it wouldn't be a surprise to see him suit up against Charlotte. As the legal process plays out, we will keep you updated.
