Kent Bazemore will be back in the Atlanta Hawks' starting lineup for Friday's game against the Memphis Grizzlies. Bazemore has missed Atlanta's last five games due to an ankle injury. Bazemore will start at small forward and replace Thabo Sefolosha who had started each of the last three games.
Sefolosha will be inactive against the Grizzlies as the Hawks continue to try and manage his minutes. He had played in a stretch of 10 straight games including a back-to-back earlier this week. Sefolosha logged a season-high 32 minutes in Wednesday's loss at Minnesota. With the Hawks on a four games in five nights stretch and Bazemore back, Mike Budenholzer is opting to play it safe with Sefolosha.
Budenholzer said based on back-to-back already this week and game at SAS Saturday, he's "trying to think big picture.'

Tiago Splitter will also be inactive for Friday's game and will miss his third straight game due to a sore hip. While he was able to travel with the team during the current road trip, it doesn't sound like he is close to returning to the court.
Tiago Splitter said he is still experiencing considerable hip pain. Doesn't look like he'll be back soon.
