Here we are, a rematch from last season's Eastern Conference Finals. The Hawks come into this one similar to that series, with some untimely injuries. Kent Bazemore will be out with a right ankle sprain, and Jeff Teague is questionable with a left ankle sprain.
The Cavaliers are 9-3 on the season, with their most recent win coming against Milwaukee Thursday night. Per usual, LeBron James is putting up excellent numbers, averaging 27.3 points, 6.9 rebounds, and 6.1 assists per game. Kevin Love is also having a great year, averaging a double-double with nearly 18 points and 12 rebounds per contest.
Even if Jeff Teague doesn't manage to play, the Hawks seemingly have the upper hand at the point guard position with Dennis Schroder matching up against Matthew Dellavedova. The Cavaliers will also be without the low post presence of Timofey Mozgov, who will be out a couple of weeks with a shoulder strain.
The past week the Hawks have played some rough games, and were not helped by any means with injuries, but a win in Cleveland would definitely get the spirits of the team up and build a confidence to go on another tear that we know this team is capable of.
