Several more names have emerged as potential buyers of the Atlanta Hawks and Philips Arena. The Atlanta Journal Constitution's Chris Vivlamore reports that the group includes Los Angeles based investor Steve Kaplan, businessman Sheldon Adelson, former Toronto executive Bryan Colangelo along with former player Grant Hill have all expressed interest.

That is in addition to the previously reported groups that included Jason Levian and music executive Doug Davis. The AJC has details on each potential buyer so click through to learn more about each.

According to the report, it may take several months for the process to be completed. The story mentions April as a possible target date for an agreement to be finalized. Any buyer will be subject to approval of the NBA and its owners. Although one part of Atlanta's ownership has already denied it, the AJC's report maintains that 100 percent of the team is currently for sale.
