Mack suffered the injury during the second quarter of Saturday's win over the Chicago Bulls. He was helped to the locker room area and did not return. Dennis Schröder didn't play in Saturday's game either. Reports suggest that he may have some sort of minor ankle injury and Mike Budenholzer elected to rest him on the second night of the back-to-back. Dennis tweeted late Saturday night that he was looking forward to playing in Monday's game.
With Mack out and Schröder on the bench, Atlanta turned to Kent Bazemore for some point guard minutes during the second half on Saturday.
Mack has appeared in 31 games and is averaging 4.5 points and 2.8 assists per game this season.
