Cue the "Mike Budenholzer used to work for Gregg Popovich" stories.
The Atlanta Hawks will be operating short-handed on Tuesday night, as Budenholzer has chosen to rest three members of his starting five.
Teague, Carroll and Millsap will not play at all tonight vs. Sixers. #ATLHawks

It is important to note that injuries are not the cause of this decision, but rather a look ahead from Budenholzer to a situation where the Hawks play four road games in five nights. In their place, Atlanta will deploy Dennis Schröder, Thabo Sefolosha and Mike Muscala alongside Kyle Korver and Al Horford.
So your Hawks starters are: Dennis Schroder, Kyle Korver, Thabo Sefolosha, Mike Muscala and Al Horford. #ATLHawks

This is the first NBA start of Mike Muscala's career, and for a player who has shown significant promise, that is encouraging. It will be interesting to see how Budenholzer operates his bench this evening, with Shelvin Mack and Kent Bazemore sure to see extended time, and it seems logical that the team would look to rest Kyle Korver and/or Al Horford in a similar manner at some point on the road trip.
