The Atlanta Hawks have made the re-signing of forward Mike Scott official as of Tuesday morning. A restricted free agent, Scott agreed to a three-year, $10 million contract which has two guaranteed years plus a team option, as previously reported at the beginning of the month.

"Mike has worked hard and continues to adapt, improve and expand his all around game," Hawks general manager Danny Ferry said in a statement. "We are very happy to have him with us going forward and we look forward to his continued growth with our group."

The 26-year-old Scott had an impressive sophomore year, averaging 9.6 points and 3.6 rebounds per game in 80 total appearances. He exploded in the playoff series against the Pacers, highlighted by the thunderous dunk that temporarily shut down Philips Arena wifi.

Plus, he did all that while maintaining the best Instagram account in the NBA and adding emoji tattoos to his shoulders. Welcome back, Mike!
