Scott enjoyed a breakout sophomore season with the Hawks appearing in 80 games while averaging 9.6 points per game. Scott went to camp last summer without a guaranteed deal and worked his way into becoming a key contributor off the bench.
The Hawks have now signed both of their restricted free agents having previously agreed to a deal with Shelvin Mack who also agreed to a 3-year deal worth $7.3 million. Scott's deal is for three years but with a team option on the final season.
