The Atlanta Hawks are scheduled to workout Michigan draft prospect Glenn Robinson III on Tuesday per a report from Mlive.com's Brendan Quinn.
The former Michigan forward told MLive on Sunday that he will meet with the Atlanta Hawks on Tuesday and the Charlotte Hornets on Thursday. More workouts will be scheduled, but the visits on Tuesday and Thursday will Robinson's first since participating in the NBA draft combine in Chicago in mid-May.
Robinson is a 6-7 small forward and is just the type of wing prospect that Atlanta is expected to pursue in the upcoming draft. He averaged 13.9 points per game on 49 percent shooting as a sophomore for the Wolverines. He measured at just a tick under 6-7 at the Draft Combine and recorded a 41.5 max vertical leap.
The Hawks currently hold the No. 15 and No. 43 picks in the June Draft. Robinson III currently projects as a late first round prospect but that could change after individual workouts.
