NBA Draft Lottery: Cleveland claims top pick for third time in four seasons

The NBA Draft order is set after Tuesday's lottery and the Cleveland Cavaliers have the No. 1 pick for the third time in four seasons.

Despite having just a 1.7 percent chance, the Cleveland Cavaliers won the NBA Draft Lottery Tuesday night and will have the top pick in the draft for the third time in the last four seasons. The Milwaukee Bucks, who had the league's worst record, will pick second and will be followed by the Philadelphia 76ers.

The Atlanta Hawks will pick just outside the lottery at No. 15 and will also have the 43rd pick of the second round.
