Atlanta Hawks first-round pick Lucas Nogueira was in action for a pair of games this week for Estudiantes as the Spanish ACB season continues to wind down. On Thursday, Estudiantes was defeated by CAI Zaragoza 80-65. They bounced back on Sunday with an 89-76 win over FIATC Joventud Badalona.

Here are highlights from Sunday's game:
In 16 games this season, Nogueira is averaging 6.8 points, 4.2 rebounds and 1.5 blocks. He's shooting 72 percent from the field and 68 percent from the free throw line.
Estudiantes improves to 12-20 on the season and is currently tied for 12th place in the Spanish ACB standings. They have two games remaining with the regular season scheduled to wrap up on May 25.
Perhaps the best news in regards to Nogueira is that he has now played in nine consecutive games since returning from a severe case of knee tendinitis that hampered him early in the season. Nogueira is expected to return to the United States this summer to participate with the Atlanta Hawks in the Las Vegas Summer League.
