Yannis Koutroupis has released his latest NBA Mock Draft over at and projects Kentucky center Willie Cauley-Stein to the Atlanta Hawks.

We have pointed out before that it is still a bit early to put too much stock in mockups of the 2014 NBA Draft. At this point we don't know for sure who will be in the draft and we don't know what the draft order will look like. One thing that is useful though is that we can get familiar with some of the prospects who might be available.

Yannis Koutroupis has updated his latest mock draft at Basketball Insiders and has the Atlanta Hawks taking Kentucky center Willie Cauley-Stein with the No. 13 pick.

Cauley-Stein has had an up and down season with the Wildcats. Physically, he has all of the tools that you could want. He is seven foot tall and has a 7'2" wingspan to go along with outstanding athleticism. He averaged 2.1 blocks per game as a freshman and has upped that to 3.1 this season.

He's battled inconsistency this season and hasn't grabbed more than six rebounds in a game since December 28. He went scoreless in Saturday's win at Missouri where he picked up four personal fouls in just seven minutes of action.

Despite his struggles, he figures to remain a top prospect due to the athletic gifts I mentioned before. If he elects to turn pro he will have a summer's worth of workouts to help ease any concerns that NBA teams might have about him.

Here is a look at his preseason scouting report from DraftExpress:

A couple of other notes from Koutroupis' Mock Draft. He keeps Andrew Wiggins in the No. 1 slot followed by his Kansas teammate Joel Embiid at No. 2. Indiana freshman Noah Vonleh was projected to the Hawks in the first version of Koutroupis' mock draft but he moves up to No. 7 in this edition. A player I like is Kentucky forward James Young. who is projected to the Phoenix Suns at No. 14.
