The Hawks are among teams that have reportedly inquired about the Lakers' Jordan Hill however, ESPN.com's Marc Stein reports that the Lakers are asking for a second-round pick in addition to a team taking Hill's salary off their hands. Because of that Atlanta's interest might be waning.

The Lakers are working hard to get out of the luxury tax and are shopping Hill as a salary dump. The Hawks, Nets and Pelicans all possess Disabled Player Exceptions and can absorb Hill's salary without having to send back any other players.
