Paul Millsap made his first ever All-Star Game appearance in the second quarter at the 2014 NBA All-Star Game in New Orleans.
Millsap hit his first jump shot and later finished a nice lob pass from Chicago's Joakim Noah in transition. For the night he finished with six points, three rebounds and an assist while going 2-of-3 from the field.
Millsap also came out on the winning side of things as the East used a late run to capture a 163-155 win over the West. The 318 combined points set an All-Star Game record. Cleveland's Kyrie Irving was named MVP after his 31 points, 14 assists performance.
Carmelo Anthony added 30 points for the East including a record setting eight 3-pointers. Kevin Durant and Blake Griffin led the West with 38 points each. LeBron James finished with 22 points, seven rebounds and seven assists.
