2014 NBA Mock Draft: Clint Capela to the Atlanta Hawks

DraftExpress.com has updated their latest Mock Draft and project international big man prospect Clint Capela to the Atlanta Hawks with the No. 16 pick. Capela is currently playing in France's Pro A league and has raised his numbers in Eurocup competition.

Capela stands 6-foot-10 and is listed as a power forward/center prospect. He's 19 years old and is averaging 11.2 and 6.5 rebounds per game in 10 Eurocup contests for Chalon. He has recently raised his game following a coaching change and his stock appears to be on the rise. As with most young center prospects, Capela would need to add weight to be successful at the NBA level and is currently listed at just 211 pounds.

According to DraftExpress, Capela is in the running for an invite to the Nike Hoops Summit in April which could cement his status as a prospect for the 2014 NBA Draft.
