Hawks vs. Cavaliers: Jeff Teague doubtful with hamstring strain

The Atlanta Hawks could be without Jeff Teague on Wednesday night, as he reportedly is battling a hamstring strain.

The Atlanta Hawks have a tough test on the road on Wednesday evening, as they face off with a multi-talented Cleveland Cavaliers team. Unfortunately for Mike Budenholzer and his team, they may be short-handed when the game tips off, as Jeff Teague could reportedly miss the game as a result of a hamstring strain.

Chris Vivlamore of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution brings word that Teague is doubtful to play in the game, and speculation is rampant that Teague suffered the hamstring strain during Monday's win over Chicago. At this point, there isn't a great deal of detail to share, but at any rate, Atlanta being without Teague would be impactful, especially in the area of offensive creation.

Dennis Schröder and Shelvin Mack would be in line for additional playing time in the absence of Teague, with Schröder expected to get the start and Mack set to return to action after a two-game absence.
