The Atlanta Hawks tip off against the Miami Heat in less than an hour and when they do they will be without starting small forward DeMarre Carroll who will miss his second straight game with a groin injury. The Hawks are going to play it safe and have already ruled him out for Saturday's road game in Cleveland also per the AJC's Chris Vivlamore.
DeMarre Carroll will also not play Saturday vs. the Cavs. #ATLHawks

Carroll suffered the injury in Monday's win over the New York Knicks. He sat out Wednesday's win over the Jazz and will miss his second straight start tonight against the Heat. Thabo Sefolosha started in place of Carroll against the Jazz and finished with 10 points and five rebounds. He will make his second straight start Friday night against Miami.
After Saturday's game, the Hawks will have a pair of off days before they host the Los Angeles Lakers on Tuesday.
