The Miami Heat will be without guard Dwyane Wade for tonight's matchup against the Atlanta Hawks due to a hamstring injury. Wade didn't participate in shootaround and later told reporters that he was out for tonight's game at Philips Arena. He suffered the injury early in Wednesday's loss to the Indiana Pacers.

Wade (hamstring): "Tonight I’m not playing. It’s as simple as that. It’s just not smart for me to try and push it."

Wade is off to a great start this season averaging 19.8 points on 51 percent shooting from the field. The Heat haven't announced who will take Wade's place in the starting lineup. Wade missed three of the four meetings with Atlanta last season due to injury.
The Hawks have injury issues of their own with forward DeMarre Carroll slated to miss his second straight game with a groin injury. Thabo Sefolosha is expected to start in place of Carroll.
