Paul Millsap was named the Eastern Conference Player of the Week today after his week (and season) of hard work. It's the first such honor for Millsap and the 13th overall for the Hawks franchise.
Millsap was already playing well when Al Horford went down, then really pulled out stellar performances with Antic and Teague out in the past week. He averaged 21.3 points, 7.3 rebounds, 3.8 assists, 2.5 steals and 2.0 blocks in 31.0 minutes per game as the Hawks went 3-1. Looking like a pretty solid bid to be an All-Star reserve, too.
Congrats to Paul! Enjoy this video of his season highlights so far.
