Anthony Tolliver has agreed to a one-year deal with the Charlotte Bobcats according to a report by the Charlotte Observer's Rick Bonnell. Tolliver appeared in 62 games for the Atlanta Hawks last season including 11 starts and finished with averages of 4.1 points and 2.5 rebounds.

Tolliver's signing with the Bobcats clears up a little more salary room for Atlanta who had retained his Bird Rights. Here is an updated look at Atlanta's salary situation per ShamSports.com.
