The order for the 2013 NBA Draft is now set after the league held its annual draft lottery on Tuesday night. The Cleveland Cavaliers came out as the biggest winners of the evening moving up to snatch the No. 1 pick for the second time in the last three years. The Cavaliers selected point guard Kyrie Irving with the No. 1 overall pick in 2011. Here is a look at the lottery results:
