Devin Harris and John Jenkins out against Knicks

The Atlanta Hawks will be without both Devin Harris and John Jenkins when they face the New York Knicks Wednesday night at Philips Arena.

USA TODAY Sports

The Atlanta Hawks will be without two backcourt options tonight when they try to stop the New York Knicks' nine game winning streak. Both Devin Harris and John Jenkins will not be in uniform after being declared as out following the team's morning shootaround.

Harris is battling a lingering foot injury that has bothered him for much of the season. He was the catalyst in Monday's win over Cleveland scoring a season-high 25 points. The AJC also reports that Harris has sought out several medical opinions on the injury.

Harris has played much better of late and has been the x-factor for the Hawks of late. He is averaging 9.9 points per game on the season but is scoring at a 13.6 clip on 47 percent shooting over his last 10 games.

Jenkins hasn't played since suffering a concussion in last Friday's loss to the Boston Celtics. He is day-to-day as he continues to abide by the league's post concussion procedures.
