NBA All-Star Weekend kicks off Friday night with the annual Celebrity game and Rising Stars Challenge. The Atlanta Hawks will be represented on Saturday when Jeff Teague participates in the Skills Challenge and legend Dominique Wilkins will take part in the Shooting Stars competition.
