The Atlanta Hawks survived in double overtime against the Cleveland Cavaliers without DeMarre Carroll and Al Horford who left the game early due to injury. There were no updates available on either Carroll or Horford following the game and both were to be examined once the team arrived back in Atlanta.
Gang, we will not have any news on Al or DeMarre until tomorrow. They will be examined when we get home.

Horford was lost in the first overtime period when he appeared to take an elbow from Cleveland's Anderson Varejao during a scramble for the ball. Horford quickly clutched his arm/shoulder area and appeared to be in some pain after a time out was called. He later left for the locker room area.
Here is video of the play courtesy of NBA Highlights Daily:
Carroll suffered a thumb injury while trying to fight over a screen by Cleveland's Tyler Zeller. He left in the fourth quarter and did not play in either overtime period.
We won't speculate on what either injury might be but will pass along updates as soon as they become available.
1:00 p.m. Update
Neither DeMarre Carroll or Al Horford are taking part in the team's practice on Friday. Per a report from the AJC's Chris Vivlamore it could be late Friday or Saturday before their statuses are updated.
