2013 NBA Standings: Hawks 2.5 back of Heat, Knicks for conference lead

Despite a two-game losing streak and going just 5-5 over their last 10 games, the Atlanta Hawks still only trail the New York Knicks and the Miami Heat by 2.5 games for first place in the Eastern Conference.

The Atlanta Hawks are 2.5 games back of the Eastern Conference lead after back-to-back losses to the Pistons and the Celtics. Miami is percentage points ahead of the Knicks for first place in the conference. Atlanta has gone 5-5 over its last 10 games and remains in third place. Indiana has won seven of 10 and has closed to within a game of the Hawks in fourth place.

Chicago is in fifth place four games back and followed by the suddenly resurgent Brooklyn Nets. Milwaukee is on a four-game skid and drops to seventh while the Celtics round out the would be playoff order in eighth place with a 16-17 record.
