Say gang, the Olympics are coming up in London this summer, and the occasion of the Summer Olympics always brings me back to the ATL in 1996, where despite a world full of hate towards our fine community at the time, I had a great time and thought it Atlanta did a great job.
There were so many memories in '96 that I can recall, but the biggest one if a positive nature came from Michael Johnson, who burst into the popular culture so quick in the work-up to the Atlanta games and then flat out killed it, winning gold in the 400 meters and then setting a new world record in the 200.
