Hawks Vs. Pistons Video Highlights: Sluggish Third Quarter Dooms Hawks

The Atlanta Hawks were once again plagued with a sluggish third quarter in which they were outscored by the Detroit Pistons 26-12. That helped erase Atlanta's 50-41 lead at the half. The Hawks would go without a field goal for over 13 minutes in the second half but were able to rally from a 12-point fourth quarter deficit to take the lead with a Jeff Teague lay up with just 36 seconds remaining in the game. Tashaun Prince answered back with the game winner and Joe Johnson couldn't repeat his earlier heroics against the Pistons this season as his game-winning attempt missed.

Atlanta's six game road trip continues on Sunday with a matchup in Sacramento against the Kings. From there the Hawks will to Denver on Tuesday and will wrap up the trip on Wednesday in Los Angeles against Blake Griffin, Chris Paul and the Clippers.
