Atlanta Hawks forward Tracy McGrady reportedly sat down with head coach Larry Drew and general manager Rick Sund about his recent public comments regarding his playing time with both sides emerging from the meeting stating that they were ready to move on.
McGrady was angry after Saturday's loss in Portland in which he played just over four minutes in the first half and never returned to the floor. On his meeting with Drew and Sund, McGrady had this to say:
"We talked. Players get frustrated. I was frustrated. We talked and ironed things out. Now, we move on."
With Marvin Williams out of the Atlanta lineup on Monday due to a personal matter it was Willie Green who drew the starting assignment and not McGrady who logged 21 minutes of playing time against the Bulls.
