Preview:
Tuesday night's matchup with the Lakers will once again provide a stiff test for the Hawks depleted front court. While it might not have been wise to push the pace against the Heat, Atlanta would be smart to look for a quicker tempo against the much larger Lakers. Jeff Teague is the one Hawks starter that should have a distinct advantage over anyone the Lakers place in front of him. Getting Teague off to a good start early will be a big key for tonight's game.
Los Angeles has been solid at home allowing only 85.2 points per game. Conversely Atlanta has the league's best road defense allowing just 89.3 points per game. That mark could be put to the test on Tuesday as the Hawks have lost their last five games in Los Angeles by an average of 17 points a game.
